Dear Sir,
I am pleased to submit the Annual Statements of the Republic of Mauritius referred to in Section 19(3) of the Finance and Audit Act 1973, and the Annual Report of the Accountant-General for the year ended 30 June 2003.
The Annual Statements were submitted to the Director of Audit within the period prescribed in Section 19(1) of the Act.
These Statements together with the Certificate of the Director of Audit are included in this report.
